Runners, come one come all! HTO and The Sergeants Program want to help get you energized for the week and get your blood pumping. Join the HTO Running Club for up to a 5 Mile Fun Run; run at your own pace or for as long as you want. Get great deals with your Frequent Run Punch Card! Runs will start promptly at 6:30 pm, arrive early for stretching and warm up.

Tenley Circle Location is 5600 Little Falls Parkway, Washington Episcopal School on River Road and the Capital Crescent Trail. Meet at the trail and Episcopal school entrance on River Road. Park on side of School. Runs will go down the Capital Crescent Trail. Instructors Bill Isola, a many time marathon finisher, and Cliff Chamberlain, an avid competitive cyclist, are both certified.
